GRH has done an excellent job in fulfilling the Mission statement. In fact, GRH has supassed the mission. The proof of this is the achievements of GRH is provision of Healthcare services.
Did you know that GRH is the first hospital in Maldives

c) To conduct mock drills for Swine flu.
All this is possible because the management understands the potential of the human resource and encourages each and every staff member to come up with ideas and carry them out to achieve success.
The management has shaped the success because it has channelized the efforts of the staff in the correct direction. The saying - Good leaders are as important and good citizens- is exemplified in GRH.
The senior most Manager in the Health System of Maldives - Mr. Ahmed Shakir - is responsible for implementing novel changes and braving obstacles in the day to day affairs of GRH.
