GRH - VISION
Vision of GRH - "Basic preventive and curative health care services should be easily accesible to the common man in each and every island of South Central Province."
What has GRH done to achieve this Vision?
a) Management of GRH has standardized the treatment of patients in all Health Facilities.
b) Telemedicine is practiced in the Health Centres where facilities are not available.
c) The ferry service is a boon which has helped patients reach GRH at nominal costs. This has ensured that health care is more easily accessible.
d) Public Health Unit has promoted health talks, health education and has involved NGOs on certain occasions to spread the health awareness messages.
e) Future plans to go beyond the Vision are also in the pipeline.
